Dr. Hernandez has been my OB for both of my pregnancies and I am so grateful for her! She is a positive light, always a joy to be in her care. She has great bedside manner and makes you feel confident in her care. Her team is quick to respond to messages for after-hours questions. The front desk staff at the office are also really kind and efficient. I trust her fully with my growing babies!
This is the WORST office i have ever been to. The check in people were horrendous. Completely mean from the jump, sent me to the wrong provider 2x, got mad on my first visit that I didn't know where the rest room was. Then I go and see doctor Hernandez, I address concerns with her and she said and I quote "I can't make a cure for this overnight what do you want me to do" like i don't know you're the doctor maybe some restrictions for work, referral for physical therapy. Im not sure why I as the patient have to tell her the solutions she can offer me. She claimed she would get me restrictions... it's been a week I still don't have them. I've sent messages over the portal multiple times. If you care about your health and your baby's please save the troubles and go elsewhere. You are literally just another number here.
Love her she has been my dr for 5 years, dx my breast cancer and has followed my journey closely. Always ready to help if anything is needed on her end. She's very attentive,concerned and caring. Highly recommend her staff is great too! Very helpful and polite.
