Hello I wanted to retract my kudos that I gave in the form of a review and at this point IM PISSED...on 02/27 I phoned and after several attempts finally got someone that could give me a quote and I spoke to Julio Chacker who was listed as Office Manager on the email that he sent after securing my phone for full coverage insurance. Well I received a Notice of Cancellation from Kemper insurance saying that they were CANCELLING my coverage because there was no application submitted...I was like WTH !!! I returned the docs via DocuSign to this person so u mean to tell me he didn't submit the freakin application?!! Do not do business with these people I even sent an email and guess what NO RESPONSE SMH
I have got to say that I called at least 6 A-Max locations and was out on hold I even drove to the location near my hm in Grand Prairie TX only 2 find only 2 people working and 1 of which was interpreting for the other and I just ended up walking out !!!! So I made 1 final attempt to get someone over the phone and was Fortunate enough to get Julio C. when was very patient and let me vent and he remained PROFESSIONAL I explained the reason for the call in that I had gotten a quote yesterday and was just trying to pay to start the policy, he made the entire call SEAMLESS! So Kudos to Julio the call took less than 15 mins and he should be commended 💯 Thanks Julio C for you service OF UNEQUALLED EXCELLENCE ! Jeanette Davis

So a little over 3 weeks ago I did not know what I was going to do about getting insurance so I looked into A-Max Insurance which they were really nice all the people were really pleasant but for some reason the third party that they hook me up with insurance the name of the company but they canceled my insurance without letting me know and said somebody was on my insurance that rent which I did not put them on there which I had never heard of that person so I reached out to A-MAX through several representatives and kept getting the runaround until I think my lucky stars I met Julio he is off the charts with his customer service his respect his empathy he was not going to stop until he helped me with the situation and boy did he he didn't only help me but he got me a better policy and a cheaper rate he kept me informed inform me about a check that I'm going to receive from the insurance company that dropped me and how he would have it delivered to his office so I can personally pick it up I cannot say enough about Julio and commend him for his best customer service I've ever had in my life I will always appreciate what you did for my family A-MAX is a great company to have great rates it was this was not their fault it was a third party company that they use which they no longer use from my understanding
