Moving to a very old home and planning on remodeling. The roof is in horrible condition and no one wanted to mess with quoting until it was replaced, which I had scheduled to do as soon as I closed on the house. Justin was happy and willing to take on the task. He gave me a quote on homeowners insurance and assured me that as soon as I closed and the roof was replaced, they would adjust the premium to reflect the new roof. I couldn’t have purchased this home without him. He really helped me out when no one else would.
