what I am reviewing here isn't any actual engagement - it never came to that - it is the lack of response. After an initial consultant visit where we agreed on 3 items I needed legal assistance with, I never heard back from the firm. I called back 2 weeks later, asking for an update and they told me I had not returned the 'Engagement forms' (or whatever they are called to get going). When I explained I never received such forms, the office clerk (not sure if that is the correct title, no disrespect) apologized and promised me a callback the next day to get it all sorted out. Now it's 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for the callback (well, not really, I found help elsewhere). I was looking forward working with Sheehan because I totally see the benefit of what they claim on their website: >>> Larger firms can be constantly tied up in countless cases — while you may be able to reach the front desk, it can be difficult to get into contact with the attorney who is actually representing you <<< However, for me, the exact opposite was true.

Farren Sheehan and all of the staff, especially her paralegal, Helen, at Sheehan Law are excellent! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I was the executor of a complicated estate and I had a lot of questions. Farren and Helen were patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions in full detail. They were very responsive with communications and filings to the court as well as with beneficiaries and debt claimants. I highly recommend Sheehan Law for all of your estate needs such as the creation of wills, power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and in the probating of wills as well. These matters are too important to leave to a firm that you don't trust. You can trust Sheehan Law!

Sheehaw law has been our family law firm for years. Last year (2019) when I lost my mother, I hired Atty. Sheehan. She and her staff were thoughtful, professional, caring and supportive. Atty. Sheehan met with me and helped me navigate a very complex situation. She attended probate with me and guided me through the process. It was a very long road and emotionally draining for me. However, she and her staff helped to make the probate process transparent, affordable, accurate and less stressful. I have much appreciation to her and her staff for all of their hardwork and I would recommend her services to anyone who hasn't gone through probate before.
