I needed an Estate Lawyer to help me get my father’s home put in just his name (it was in he and my late mother’s) and also to sell his home to his neighbors. We decided to use lawyers instead of realtors. Wendi Efflandt and her assistant, Kate Garcia, helped me with the Affidavit Of Heirship and reading over the contract to sell the home. My father’s home wasn’t even in Williamson County but that wasn’t a problem! They made this process easy!! I will use them again if I need help with my estate or anyone else’s!

My wife and I had our wills and other documents updated 18 months ago with Heritage Law. She passed away three weeks ago and those that have been through this know how difficult everything can be. During her last few weeks I was able to use the durable power of attorney written by Heritage to sign needed documents and, after her passing, avoid probate and have the title to our house and car put in my name with minimal effort on my part. Heritage did a great job helping me get through this difficult period and I highly recommend them.

Heritage Law is a wonderful law firm in Georgetown. I had interactions with many people during my course of service that were extremely adept at their jobs.
