Right at Home

I am so grateful that I was referred to Right At Home by our Palliative Care team. I am a caregiver for my 91 year old father who had been sick the same week I had my procedure at 5:30AM and thought I was going to have to cancel my procedure. Luckily, Right At Home found a nurse who offered to be at my home at 5AM. I don't know what I would have done w/out them. I highly recommend Right at Home for support for caregivers.

My parents have had caregivers from Right At Home, Round Rock, since April 2020. One of their caregivers has been with us for three years and definitely feels like a part of our family! Both of my parents have Alzheimer's and I appreciate the care and concern from all of the Right at Home caregivers they have had. The office staff and case managers are great, too! When my mother broke her leg and needed someone with her all day, they were able to staff 8 a.m-9 p.m. shifts within one day of our request for assistance.

The service Right at Home provides is top-notch. Their office staff and the caregivers are always professional, caring and on time as scheduled. The company is flexible so that we can provide just what we need, and only what we need for my mom at a price that is affordable. I recommend Right at Home to anyone in need of home care services.

I cannot say enough good things about these people! After trying other agencies I found Right at Home through another highly recommended agency that was short on staff due to Covid. That is a the highest compliment when another company is comfortable referring potential clients to you. Thank goodness they were short handed because it was Kismet that we found Right at Home. First let me say, if you feel the people you are using fall short of your expectations you are probably right and you should call Onika with Right at Home. I felt guilty about firing other companies but turns out I was right in thinking they weren't what we should be getting for our money. Right at Home will find the perfect fit for you and make sure that things are professional, respectful and enjoyable! They also came through in a pinch when my husbands job pushed into the same time I was scheduled to fly home and close out moms house. We could not leave her a alone nor could I take her back with me. They found staff to fill in every minute we needed someone here to care for mom. That gave me such peace of mind in an already tumultuous situation. Thank you to these amazing people!!

Without any time to research, plan or have family discussions, we found ourselves with my husband being released from the hospital earlier than expected to go into hospice care in our home. Sydney Greenwalt with Right at Home stepped up to the plate and guided us through the process with patience, knowledge, efficiency and most of all compassion for all we were going through. We kept changing our needs and she delivered. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone needing the services they can provide.
