Home Instead

Home Instead lets my dear friend, Eileen, stay at home instead of moving into a facility. All of her Carepros take excellent care of her and keep her motivated and healthy. Juliet goes over & beyond her duties. With my input, she makes doctor appointments, takes her to the doctor, buys groceries, etc. She is a godsend!

We currently have Home Instead Round Rock taking care of my Mother in our home. My Mother is unable to get out of bed, so she needs care 24/7. I work full-time so it is imperative that we have care we can depend on. The caregivers are wonderful with her and are always on time. Home Instead has been flexible in the past when Mom was in and out of the hospital. We could not be happier with the service we are receiving and are so thankful to have them!

We employed Home Instead during a time when my father was under Hospice care. My mother needed some assistance, since she is visually challenged. Home Instead quickly understood our needs and accommodated us immediately. Our lives were changing daily as my father began his transition and the Home Instead scheduler was able to flawlessly flow with those changes. Now that my father has passed, and my mother will be living with me, she is still wanting the security of having her caregiver with her while my husband and I work during the day. Very positive,great caregivers for my mom an dad. Home Instead has made it possible for mom an dad to have the help they need and remain in their home. Mom and dad both want to remain in their house but need some help with shopping and food prep and well as some reminders for meds. They are minimal assistance with most everything for their care. I think they like the interaction of the care givers as well. Overall Home Instead is just wonderful!
