A new stop for breakfast lovers

At Waffle House, soon to rise near the Stonewall Ranch entrance in Liberty Hill, TX, breakfast is about to become an all-day affair. Construction is set to begin in June 2026, bringing the beloved diner chain’s familiar yellow sign and cozy charm to town for the very first time. The 1,840-square-foot restaurant will be located near Taco Bell and McDonald’s, making it a convenient new go-to for locals and travelers alike.

What to expect

True to Waffle House tradition, the new Liberty Hill location will serve its signature lineup of golden waffles, crispy hash browns, eggs any way you like them, and hearty sides of bacon, ham, and grits. Guests can look forward to the brand’s round-the-clock service, friendly counter culture, and the kind of comfort food that never misses the mark, whether it’s 7 a.m. or midnight.

A first for Liberty Hill

This opening marks Liberty Hill’s first-ever Waffle House, a milestone for fans who have long made the drive to nearby towns for their fix. With construction beginning mid-2026 and completion expected by December 2026, residents can soon look forward to late-night breakfasts, weekend brunches, and those classic, comforting plates that have made Waffle House a Southern staple for decades.
