A method built on form and focus
At 110 N Interstate Hwy 35 #125, Round Rock, The Bar Method offers a boutique fitness experience that blends strength, balance, and flexibility. This isn’t just a workout, it’s a method. Using a ballet barre, bodyweight, and simple props, classes target every muscle group with precision. Highly trained instructors keep a close eye on form, giving hands-on adjustments and modifications so the workout stays safe yet challenging for all ages and fitness levels.
A studio with heart
The Round Rock location is led by owner Sinduja, who transitioned from a career in tech to follow her passion for wellness and community. After falling in love with The Bar Method in 2024, she wanted to create a space where people could feel both empowered and supported. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from the connection between body and mind, and the studio reflects that mission in every detail.
Members love the cushioned floors that protect joints, the bright and airy space that feels calm yet energized, and the thoughtful amenities like lockers and free parking. In addition to in-studio classes, members also get access to Bar Online, making it easy to stay consistent from home.
The atmosphere inside
Classes are polished and purposeful, but the vibe is approachable. Instructors greet you by name, celebrate your progress, and encourage you through each small movement. You leave with muscles that feel stronger, posture that feels taller, and the kind of quiet confidence that carries into the rest of your day.
