Sprouts Farmers Market is planned for Northline in Leander. The city's July 17, 2025, announcement identifies a 25,000-square-foot store at 1164 Main Street, near U.S. 183 and San Gabriel Parkway, with an expected opening in 2027.
When will the Leander Sprouts open?
The city's published estimate is 2027. That announcement does not give a grand-opening day. We checked the city announcement and Northline's official website October 3, 2026; this update does not confirm that the store has opened.
Our earlier story named February 2026 as a construction start and March 2027 as a completion target. We have removed those precise dates because the primary sources cited here do not verify them. A construction completion target should not be presented as a store-opening date.
Where is the planned store?
The city lists 1164 Main Street as the planned address. It describes Sprouts as part of Northline, the mixed-use development near the U.S. 183 and San Gabriel Parkway intersection.
Northline's official project page describes retail, office, housing and public-space plans across 116 acres. It identifies Endeavor Real Estate Group as the retail broker. Those project-wide plans do not establish when an individual shop will begin serving customers.
What should shoppers expect?
The city's announcement says the planned store will offer produce, vitamins, bulk foods and specialty grocery items. It does not publish operating hours for the future Leander location.
For a shopping trip, wait for a location-specific opening announcement and hours. For broader Northline changes, the developer's news page collects updates about the project and its tenants.
