Round Rock's dining options have expanded with the addition of Odds Bar + Bistro, which opened its doors in December. Located at 1401 S I-35 Frontage Rd #120, this establishment has quickly distinguished itself by blending casual sports bar elements with more refined culinary and cocktail offerings.
Beyond the Typical Sports Bar
While Odds provides spaces to watch games and enjoy the energy of a sports venue, it stands apart through its stylish, quirky interior design. The thoughtful atmosphere creates an experience that works equally well for casual gatherings and more sophisticated outings, offering versatility that appeals to different dining preferences.
Elevated Menu Offerings
The food program at Odds goes well beyond standard bar fare. Menu highlights include garlic-brined wings that offer a flavorful twist on a sports bar classic, along with handmade pastas that demonstrate a commitment to quality and culinary craft. This approach gives diners the comfort of familiar options executed with notable attention to detail.
Distinctive Drink Program
One of the venue's standout features is its absinthe program, providing a unique beverage experience not commonly found in the area. Alongside creative cocktails, this distinctive offering helps position Odds as a destination for those looking to explore interesting libations beyond the standard bar selection.
Odds Bar + Bistro represents the growing diversity of Round Rock's dining landscape, giving residents a local option that bridges the gap between casual sports venues and more upscale restaurants without requiring a trip to Austin.
