Tucked along the highway, Jardin Corona at 15395 W State Hwy 29, Liberty Hill, TX has earned its spot as a true neighborhood staple. Plates arrive big, bold, and brimming with flavor, think tacos al pastor kissed with pineapple, or a chile relleno so large it’s practically two meals in one. The vibe is always lively, yet the service stays warm and attentive, the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a regular on your very first visit.
A menu made to share
This is the place for sizzling fajitas, heaping taco plates, and daily lunch specials that actually fill you up. The portions lean large, making it easy to split dishes family-style or walk out with a satisfying box of leftovers. And if you’re in the mood to sip, their signature Jardin Margarita is crisp, strong, and reliably refreshing.
Where community gathers
Jardin Corona has a way of feeling both festive and comfortable, the kind of spot where families pile into booths, coworkers linger after hours, and friends toast another round on the patio.
Reasonable prices keep it approachable, while the consistency of the food keeps the locals loyal. It’s not trying to be fancy, it’s trying to be the place you want to come back to again and again, and that’s exactly what it is.
