Welcoming Fairways, Local Favorite
Whether you're chasing birdies or just enjoying a peaceful afternoon, Forest Creek Golf Club has long been a Round Rock favorite. Nestled in the Hill Country at 99 Twin Ridge Pkwy, this well-kept public course offers a welcoming feel, tree-lined fairways, and a layout that suits both seasoned golfers and weekend players. It's casual in all the right ways, with just enough polish to keep things sharp.
Great Golf, Great Value
The par-72 course spans over 7,100 yards of rolling greens and native Texas landscape. Beyond the fairways, Forest Creek shines with a junior academy, full-service grill, and a state-of-the-art practice facility complete with a short-game area and putting green. Weekday rounds even come with lunch and range balls, which regulars will tell you is one of the best values around.
They also host special events and tournaments, offering a flexible event center and helpful staff who make things easy from planning to tee-off.
More Than Just a Course
There’s a reason Forest Creek has been named one of the best public golf courses in Central Texas. The grounds are beautifully maintained, but the vibe stays down-to-earth. Morning tee times are calm and focused, while twilight hours bring out a friendly, after-work crowd. Just 30 minutes from Austin, it’s an easy spot to play a quick nine or spend the whole day.
