Marriott Hotel Planned for CedarView.
Our Cedar Park community has something big to look forward to! Indiana-based Great Lakes Capital is teaming up with Nebraska Furniture Mart and our City of Cedar Park to build a beautiful new Marriott hotel and convention center right in the CedarView district.
What's Coming to Our Neighborhood
This isn't just any hotel - we're talking about a full-service Marriott with about 300 rooms and a huge 30,000 square feet of event space. Perfect for those big family weddings or business conferences! There's also going to be a restaurant, breakfast café, and a lovely pool area for everyone to enjoy.

When Can We Expect It?
Construction in our community is set to begin in May 2025, and if all goes according to plan, we'll be celebrating the grand opening in early 2027.
"The City of Cedar Park is excited to see the realization of a long-standing strategic goal," shared our City Manager Brenda Eivens. This new addition will help make CedarView a vibrant destination for both locals and visitors alike.
