Leander’s newest luxury apartment community, Bevelo Larkspur, recently celebrated its official grand opening on October 9. The event welcomed residents, local leaders, and guests for an evening of tours, refreshments, and community introductions. Members of the Leander Chamber of Commerce and representatives from Senator Pete Flores’ office joined the celebration to commemorate the milestone.
Located at 125 Larkspur Park Boulevard, Bevelo Larkspur began offering tours over the summer and is now fully open for leasing. The community features one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to provide a comfortable and stylish living experience.
Thoughtful design and modern amenities
Each apartment includes stainless steel appliances, electronic keyless entry, and soft-close cabinetry. The spacious layouts highlight contemporary finishes and smart-home features, while the overall design blends sophistication with everyday functionality.
The community’s amenities include a two-story clubhouse featuring a café and bar area, billiards room, outdoor fire pits, a resort-style pool, and gas grilling stations. The 1,200-square-foot clubhouse also offers flexible spaces for remote work, social events, and gatherings, making it a hub for residents to relax and connect.
A serene retreat close to Austin
Nestled near the North and South Forks of the San Gabriel River, Bevelo Larkspur combines Leander’s natural beauty with easy access to Austin’s city life. The property was designed to balance modern convenience with a sense of community, creating an inviting environment for both professionals and families.
Warm materials such as wood and brick complement the property’s boutique-inspired interiors, giving the space a timeless, welcoming feel.
Looking ahead
Property manager Katelyn Smith said the Bevelo team was excited by the positive response during the grand opening. “We’re thrilled to see so many new faces discovering Bevelo and becoming part of this community,” she said.
Bevelo Larkspur is now leasing with move-in specials available for new residents. For more information, visit www.beveloatx.com.
