What you'll do

• This position requires a vigilant, safety minded person to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
• Part-time and year round positions available - Responsible for finding substitute when needed and reporting substitution(s) to Aquatics Director - Build member relations - Maintain equipment and keep area clean - $260 bonus for new staff!
• Our organization is home to the largest school age child care provider in Williamson County as well as health and fitness programs that improve the quality of life for over 45,000 members ranging from preschool through senior citizen.

What you'll bring

• Applicant must be able to verbally communicate with public and staff.

• Must be a minimum of 16yrs of age
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certification (Classes available)
• Must demonstrate swimming ability
• Applicants will be required to pass reference checks, a criminal history background check, sex offender check, and pre-employment drug screen
