Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Round Rock Department: Women’s Services – NICU Status: Full Time, Mon-Fri Shift: Day Shift 8a-5p (40hrs/week)
You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts.
Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
- A minimum of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired.
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
