What you'll do
- As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping repairs moving efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the production team. Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers, technicians, and insurance partners in a friendly, professional manner.
- Identify, source, order, and distribute the correct OEM and aftermarket parts needed for collision repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure incoming parts are received, inspected, and stocked correctly.
- Verify parts for accuracy and completeness before repairs begin to minimize delays.
- Price parts accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory information within the dealership management system.
- Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely availability of parts throughout the repair process.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
- Inform customers of current parts and accessory promotions when appropriate.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

What you'll bring
- Automotive parts experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
