We are a locally owned roofing company serving Georgetown, TX and the greater Central Texas area. Our team of dedicated professionals delivers exceptional craftsmanship, reliable roofing solutions, and customer service that goes above and beyond.
02How did you get started? Give us the origin story.
As a locally owned and fully insured roofing company based in Georgetown, Texas, we're as local as it gets. Our owner, Josh Herrington, is a sixth-generation Central Texan, born at Georgetown Hospital and still proud to call Georgetown home.
For more than six generations, the Herrington family has been deeply rooted in Central Texas construction. That legacy of craftsmanship, passed down from father to son, continues today through Sixth Gen Roofing, bringing homeowners trusted roofing solutions backed by tradition and expertise.

03What would locals be surprised to learn about you or the business?
We have been local to the area for six generations and helped found Belton, Texas.
04What's your busiest day of the year like?
Our busiest day of the year is after a hail or thunderstorm. Those with small damage to their roof reach out because it becomes bigger from the storms, and we need to deliver fast to help save their homes.
05What do you wish more people knew about your industry?
We are not storm chasers, and we are not selling fast and loose. We strive to do our best and offer free inspections to help advise clients before they file a claim with their insurance. We want to provide honest service before asking for their business.

06Where do you take out-of-town guests to show off the area?
We love to take them to the Georgetown Square on market days or for a fun dinner. It is such a beautiful way to show our community at its best!
07Favorite local restaurant that isn't yours?
Sweet Lemon Kitchen Bar's cinnamon rolls are out of this world!
08What's next for the business this year?
We will be at the Trunk or Treat for the city of Georgetown and hope to continue to be featured at more community events!
