01What does your business do, the way you would say it to a neighbor?

I provide individual and couples counseling in Round Rock, Georgetown and throughout Texas via telehealth. I help adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, substance use and recovery, grief, trauma, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, integrating evidence-based counseling with attachment, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. I also offer walk-and-talk and nature-based counseling in the Georgetown area. Free 15-minute consultations are available to help determine if we're a good fit.

02What do people come to you for that they cannot get anywhere else nearby?

I offer an integrative approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, combining evidence-based counseling with somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment work, and nature-based therapy. Clients can also choose walk-and-talk counseling in the Georgetown area. My goal is to make therapy feel approachable, practical, and deeply human, not clinical or one-size-fits-all.

03How did the business start?

The practice grew from my belief that therapy can be both deeply meaningful and genuinely human. After years of working with people through change, relationships, and difficult life experiences, I wanted to create a practice where clients feel truly seen rather than simply treated. I built my practice around the kind of counseling I believe in: warm, collaborative, practical, and grounded in authentic connection.

04What should someone know before they call you?

You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what's bringing you to counseling, what you're looking for, and whether we feel like a good fit. There's no pressure or obligation to schedule afterward.

05What is the question you get asked most, and how do you answer it?

I often get asked, How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?

I usually tell people that finding the right counselor is about more than credentials or specialties. You should feel comfortable, understood, and able to be yourself. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what you're looking for, you can ask questions, and we can both decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

06What do you love about this place?

I love that Georgetown and Round Rock offer the best of both worlds: a strong sense of community with easy access to everything the Austin area has to offer. I especially love the historic charm of their downtown areas, beautiful outdoor spaces, trails, and parks. It's an area that feels connected to nature while still being vibrant and growing.

07Anything else people should know?

I believe you can take your growth seriously without taking yourself seriously all the time. I bring warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and humor into my work, and I want counseling to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Outside of work, I'm happiest with a good book, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, or exploring somewhere new.
