01What does your business do, the way you would say it to a neighbor?
We help Georgetown businesses keep their technology reliable, secure, and easier to manage. That means supporting employees, managing Microsoft 365, protecting devices and networks, planning backups, and coordinating the vendors behind the scenes. Most of our clients want one accountable team they can call instead of having to chase several different providers whenever something stops working.

02What do people come to you for that they cannot get anywhere else nearby?
Clients come to us when they need more than a help desk that simply closes tickets. We connect day-to-day support with cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 administration, backups, network management, documentation, vendor coordination, and long-term planning. That gives the business one accountable technology partner who understands how all of those pieces affect each other.
03What should someone know before they call you?
Before calling, it helps to know that good IT support is not just about fixing the problem that is visible today. Recurring outages, account issues, security gaps, and backup concerns often share the same underlying causes. We start by understanding the users, systems, vendors, risks, and business priorities so we can recommend a practical support plan instead of selling unnecessary tools.

04What is the question you get asked most, and how do you answer it?
A common question is whether we can provide on-site support in Georgetown. Yes, many issues can be resolved remotely, but we coordinate hands-on service when hardware, Wi-Fi, networking, office technology, or another problem requires physical access. We can also support companies with more than one location through the same managed or co-managed service model.
05Anything else people should know?
Hudson MSP supports both fully managed and co-managed IT arrangements. We can serve as the primary outsourced IT team or work alongside an internal technology staff that needs additional capacity, specialized expertise, documentation, or project support. Our goal is to make responsibility clear across users, devices, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networks, backups, vendors, and future planning.
