The Round Rock City Council meets at City Hall in downtown Round Rock on the second and fourth Thursday of each month – with the exception of November and December, which are moved to the first and third Thursdays due to the holidays. Agendas are posted on the website at least 72 hours before each meeting. Meetings are televised on cable channel 10, including replays. They can also be viewed live or anytime online on Round Rock Replay .

*City Council also meets in a work session every Tuesday morning preceding the Thursday evening meeting to review all agenda items. The agendas for the packet briefings are posted in the Tuesday morning calendar item, as well as, Round Rock Replay .
