Walk for Peace 2026: In Step with Our Neighbors
In these divided times, let's walk united as a community. Walk for Peace: In Step with Our Neighbors is a free, family-friendly afternoon that brings Williamson County neighbors of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs together for kindness, respect and understanding.
The flat, accessible community walk starts and finishes at the Cedar Park Library. New this year is a community booth fair with hands-on peace activities: peace rock painting with the Girl Scouts, Veterans' Christmas card making, eyeglass and food donation drives, a Heartfulness meditation demo and more. There will also be "Ask, Learn, Connect" conversations with neighbors, and Kona Ice and the We Are Blood donation bus will be on site.
Organized by the Williamson County Service Coalition (WiSC). No registration needed. Bring friends, family, neighbors, or simply yourself.
