Best hummus I've ever had. I ordered the gyro wrap and my wife did the chicken kebab. The meats were seasoned just right. The vegetables were fresh and the portions were good sized. Based on the quality of the food and the ingredients I feel like this is a really good value. We will definitely add this to the local restaurant rotation.
I wanted to enjoy this place so much. Unfortunately I feel it will not last long. First the lunch special was only a chicken kabob and that was it. You need at least two to three options. The atmosphere was stale with no music or excitement. It was also rather warm inside and the owners desk is right in the middle of the table with papers and office sipplies on them. The food was bland. I had the lamb skewers and it was fresh but lacking in flavor and no sauces offered. Just rice, lamb, one tomato and cold pita bread. There could be an option to add side of hummus and or salad. I don’t know why places that are counter service ask for a tip for take out. The place needs quick improvements if it is to last longer than 6 months. Just my opinion.
This place will definitely be a regular spot for us. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
If your son’s Jiu-Jitsu professor has also mastered the art of cooking kebab’s/Kebob’s that’s a double win 🥳. Prof. Arash, along with his family and friends, runs this vibrant, eclectic Mediterranean grill that’s absolutely worth experiencing. Loved the kebab’s the hummus and special shoutout to the refreshing Zeytun special drink (cucumber, green apple and mint) just delish. Love the warmth the place brings ❤️
We had the kabob, koobideh, hummus, and watermelon juice. It was all delicious. We’ll be back for sure

This place is fabulous. The food is fresh, flavorful, and fast. You really feel like part of the family when you come here. We got the lunch special for 4 which included hummus, tzatziki, pita, salad, chicken and beef, plus rice. We also got to try the fresh cucumber mint apple juice. We were all full, plus took food home. Great value, great people! A local gem.

You absolutely must try Zeytun. Everything is authentic. The kabobs are huge and delicious. I loved the chicken. All of the food was made fresh. The tzatziki and hummus are so good! The owner is so kind and explained all of the dishes to us and made recommendations on what to order. The portions were very generous with plenty to share on the lunch specials. Will definitely be back.
