This place is fabulous. The food is fresh, flavorful, and fast. You really feel like part of the family when you come here. We got the lunch special for 4 which included hummus, tzatziki, pita, salad, chicken and beef, plus rice. We also got to try the fresh cucumber mint apple juice. We were all full, plus took food home. Great value, great people! A local gem.

We had such a great experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients—the kabobs were especially good, and the portions were very generous. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which made trying new dishes easy and enjoyable. It’s always nice to find a spot like this, local, family-owned, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Persian Mediterranean food.
If your son’s Jiu-Jitsu professor has also mastered the art of cooking kebab’s/Kebob’s that’s a double win 🥳. Prof. Arash, along with his family and friends, runs this vibrant, eclectic Mediterranean grill that’s absolutely worth experiencing. Loved the kebab’s the hummus and special shoutout to the refreshing Zeytun special drink (cucumber, green apple and mint) just delish. Love the warmth the place brings ❤️
You absolutely must try Zeytun. Everything is authentic. The kabobs are huge and delicious. I loved the chicken. All of the food was made fresh. The tzatziki and hummus are so good! The owner is so kind and explained all of the dishes to us and made recommendations on what to order. The portions were very generous with plenty to share on the lunch specials. Will definitely be back.
Best hummus I've ever had. I ordered the gyro wrap and my wife did the chicken kebab. The meats were seasoned just right. The vegetables were fresh and the portions were good sized. Based on the quality of the food and the ingredients I feel like this is a really good value. We will definitely add this to the local restaurant rotation.
