First of all, this place hires unprofessional “baristas” and it takes them hours to make a coffee. Today I was in this shop ready to buy the last cupcake for my son, the seller literally took it from me saying that there is someone on the phone who wants the same. I asked: did they pay? The answer was no. I was ready to pay. First come -first served guys. Amazing customer services. Moreover the tips don’t go to baristas as everywhere else. So basically you are just overpaying leaving the tips as they go to the owners. Highly recommend to go to Quawah house, 3 mins drive. Great customer service, delicious coffee and desserts. Just spend 97 USD with them.
I loved their cake and cupcakes.. they are light also they are not over sweet
Called in for a cake just a day before a birthday and they were able to take in the order (usually requires 3 days). The cake was incredible.
The cupcakes were so good. A friend took me there once and ever since then I keep thinking about them. I went back and had them again… and now I am craving them again. They are so good 😋🧁♥️
I recently visited this cake shop that’s known for having some of the best cupcakes in town. On my first visit, I tried a few flavors, and the strawberry tres leches cupcake was really good 🍓💖. It was moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The Dubai chocolate cupcake was decent 🍫, but didn’t quite stand out compared to the others. On another visit, I sampled the regular tres leches and a classic strawberry cupcake. Both were tasty and satisfying 👍, though the strawberry tres leches still remain my favorite! Overall, this is a great spot if you’re in the mood to treat yourself 🧁. The flavors are enjoyable, and there’s enough variety to keep things interesting. That said, I’d recommend it more as an occasional indulgence rather than a regular stop—especially for those with dietary restrictions ⚖️.
This place screwed up my order twice at 2 different times. Tried to give them a second chance after the first time and they messed it up again. The girls at the counter are like deer in headlights have no clue what they’re doing. They run around asking others how to do things because they don’t even know how to process a refund. They wanted to refund me “10%” of the cake they screwed up . They had me waiting so long just to get the “approval” to do a refund. Extremely disappointed with my visit here. Will not be back. What a shame.
Ordered these for our daughter and granddaughters woodlands theme birthday party. They turned out amazing, and were so delicious! Wish I had ordered more! Thank y'all so much!!
Preordered cupcakes and macarons 1.5 weeks before my event. Cupcakes came out looking mediocre, something generic that you can pick up at any grocery store. They also ran out of 7 of the macarons that were pre-ordered. What is the point of preordering them if you do not set them aside for the person that paid for them in advance? This will be my first and last time at this store. Do not recommend.
Went here with my daughter. Asked the staff about the various flavors they had on offer as many of them were similar and offered no explanation. Both present staff members had no idea what was the difference between strawberry and strawberry tres leches, or what the lemon lavender cupcake was. Clearly more training is needed, and one of the staff members was quite rude when we were checking out. Won't be going back.
