Absolutely magical from the moment you walk in. The whimsical princess themed decor is fully committed and it works. The croissants are some of the best around, the avocado toast is incredible, and the Greek omelette and Lavender Bliss latte are must-orders. Tons of vegan friendly options too. The signature lattes are gorgeous but on the sweeter and pricier side — if you're an espresso purist just keep that in mind. Service can be hit or miss but the food and vibe more than make up for it

My husband and I were excited to try this cute bakery while we were in town. We entered and took our time looking at the bakery items. My husband had his energy drink in his hand (will come up later) while we chatted with the barista about their impossible meat options. I ordered a drink to go and a croissant, my husband passed on getting anything because he wanted to go somewhere else he’d looked forward to trying. My husband set his drink on the counter to pay for me, we got our number and sat down to wait. Then the waitress who just took our order came over and asked my husband to leave because they didn’t allow outside drinks and she immediately walked away. It took us a moment to process but my husband quietly left. So I went to the counter to ask if she was serious and she said she’d get my manager. But she didn’t. So I asked another employee if they were serious, considering all the other customers in the building with outside children’s food and personal water bottles. She said “well those just have water” and I said there was no way to know that and since our order was to-go, it seemed awful that my husband couldn’t wait with me. She said there was a difference in personal bottles and energy drinks, which I would slightly understand better if we had ordered a meal to eat there. They have no drive thru option for to-go orders. So I got my refund and we left. I added a photo with all the customers with “outside drinks”. Update to owner reply: Your sign does not include exceptions so your whole business practice is inconsistent and discriminatory. Which is beside the point. The point, since you missed it, was customer service. Your employee only brought up the drink and asked him to leave AFTER we had ordered and spent money, and AFTER my husband acted disappointed that he didn’t want anything because he wanted to go find other protein. There was no apology or common sense practices, just harsh and quick “my store my rules.” I’ve added a photo of the sign to clarify that there were no exceptions listed, to couple with my photo of inconsistent adherence to the “policy.”

Went the counter with my energy drink. Ordered with my energy drink in hand. Sat energy drink down on counter to pay for food and drinks purchased at counter. Then once I sat down was kicked out due to have an outside drink. Had no problem with the drink when they were taking my money and order then once they had my money all of a sudden it was an issue. Literally the girl who took my money and order was the same girl to kick me out. Now I am forced to sit in my car while my wife waits for the order. Awful customer service. Awful employee with 2 skinny long braids. Now that the owner has jumped in and commented let me say this. There were many other people with outside food and drinks and not one of them were asked to have their items removed. Yall literally were hosting an entire running club that brought in outside drinks. (proof in my wife's post and yalls instagram) The “clearly marked sign” is low below eye level to the right side of the door. This place cares more about being an influencer stop than the actual customers. Other reviews also speak of the low quality of customer service so I am not alone in this. We didn’t cause a scene. We didn’t throw a fit. We left and took our money to First Watch where the service was amazing and the manager was kind. As everyone can see the owner cares nothing about customer service based on the reply. Only defending the actions of a “new employee” which should have never been put in that situation. If the manager saw the issue then the manager should have taken care of it. Nothing like throwing your employees under the bus.

Extremely rude cashiers. Quietly making comments amongst themselves because I had the audacity to ask them to heat the cold pastry I had just ordered which they flat out refused. The community silverware is dirty and unsanitary. Anyone can touch all of the silverware at any given time. I asked for disposable utensils and they looked at each other and said no with a snotty look. I have been here quite a few times but for me the rudeness is not worth it.

I loved this place, I come here often with my family and always recommend it. Unfortunately today thanks to one extremely rude and disrespectful young girl who I believe her name is “Ally” I might not step foot in here if I see her in there. I was simply asking her in the most respectful way if she heard me when I asked for “oat milk” for my latte because I’m lactose intolerance. Her response physically and verbally was just extremely insolent and uncivil. Sierra (other employee) tried to excuse her by saying she had a previous rude customer. I own two restaurants and I deal with customer service all the time but never have I had a person be so intentionally disrespectful and unprofessional. Ally needs to come and get trained by me badly.

Such a unique place with amazing pastries! Macarons are incredible. We also tried an omelette which was great and the pastries are delicious too.
