For me, I checked The Oaks out three different times and each time I was there I observed the people. I would ask them how they liked it there and they described it as a loving place where they were treated well. Not one person had a negative thing to say about it. They were happy and really complimented the staff and the food. (And the food IS good! )My father in law is there now and I can tell you we did the right thing bringing him here. Rachael is the one we dealt with to get info and a tour with. She is a very upbeat and good hearted funny person who really truly cares about the residents. The rest of the staff is amazing. If he needs anything, they are there. I so highly recommend it, as you can tell! Also one of the first things I noticed it was how clean it was! Great place!

My husband, Richard, has been a resident at The Oaks for the past four and a half years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The staff has always been kind, compassionate, and dedicated. While some team members have moved on over the years, each new person who joins continues to provide the same caring and supportive environment. The Oaks truly feels like a family. The residents are warm, friendly, and genuinely care about one another. The caregivers are attentive and treat everyone with kindness, respect, and dignity. As we drove up to The Oaks, the first thing I observed was the large property, beautiful and welcoming. We took a tour and found the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The apartment I liked best was a corner apartment with lots of windows to the back of the property. They also have a gardening area which is something I would enjoy. They had a lot to offer and the residents looked happy.
My mother was a resident at the Oaks and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very caring and responsive to both residents and family. The facility is very clean and the food is great. Avis, the activities director was awesome. She always came up with amazing outings, celebrations and parties. She really made it fun for the residents and gave them events to look forward to. I highly recommend the Oaks.
Meeting Chuck and Candy has been a breath of fresh air!! They are sincere and kind, listen with concern and diligent in solving any and all issues my family may have. If only people knew how wonderful these managers are, unlike some from the past, these are genuine loving people. No fakes here.
