The girl at reception is SO RUDE. For that reason alone I’ll never be back. We booked on a $29 which I had to walk in to make the appointment since it’s down the street and she doesn’t answer the phone. I went in and explained I’ve tried to call but didn’t get an answer so I figured I’d come in and make the appointment. She immediately got upset and started telling me all the reasons she didn’t answer the phone. I was simply explaining my situation and that I was there to make an appointment. She asked for my ID and it was whole bunch of nonsense just for the doctor to have to all out to find out what was going on for her to say “I don’t know how to make an appointment I’ve not done that before”. The doctor told us to be back the next day at 2 and had us write our info on a sticky note. Anyway long story short I walked out with 2 appointments at $29 for thier introductory offer. We get there today at 2 and figure out that my husband is in the system from visiting another location years ago. Same girl with green hair checked us in and unlike yesterday she was extremely pleasant. She say NOTHING about the price or the fact that there would be a difference, just good news, we have all the info from that clinic 30 miles away, for your husband so you just need to fill out this form because it’s been over a year. I chomped up the day before as her having a bad day because she was super nice this time (night and day to before). Doctor was great - while chiropractic isn’t going to be for me because of my unique situation my husband loved it and we are heading out to pay. The receptionist then says “it’s going to be $55 for him because he’s been here before but yours is $29”. She knew this before we were seen she knew what we thought we were paying $29 bc I checked in and said we are here on the $29 introductory offer. I simply said to her that she should have told us this before we were seen not after. It’s not that big a deal but it doesn’t make sense to me to not inform ahead of time when you know I think it’s 50% less. She knew this before and didn’t bother to communicate it. She gave me such an attitude about it not being her responsibility to update us that the doctor had to come out and tell her that she should have told us before. She doesn’t belong at a front desk checking people in or interacting with patients. She is super rude and they need to replace her. My husband said he’d rather go to a company that values their patience bc anyone that hires a front desk person that has no regard for customers we are not interested in giving our money too. Twice the doctor had to come out and get involved and I am certain that is not the first time so they know how she treats thier paying customers.
