This law firm is trash I just got a email say insurance wouldnt budge. After a did hit me from the back dispatch on phone they had me run up my bill to have a rep who was on her vacation to tell me there is nothing they can do after a whole year of tuning up my bill but have proof this did hit me from back. Now they want to pass me on. Now this the 2nd time I try using this company but everytime. After a year they pass me on I mean the did ran me from behind it’s in police report I’ll never use them again the round rock and temple location they have you run up a bill then pass you off smh that’s crazy I was told since he hit me from behind and the dispatch eve said it they got all he calls but now they want to pass me on after a year that’s crazy I’ll never use these ppl again they played me not once but twice
