I want to sincerely give BIG kudos and thanks for Lucia (legal assistant) making the legal process smooth, taking stress off me, answering any questions I might have, and was so kind and empathetic! Lucia as well as Carlos Rodriguez (legal support manager) and my attorney Roberto Flores (Partner) were very professional, but made me feel comfortable and treated me like family. Their years of experience shows, and they went above and beyond ensuring my rights were restored. I immediately felt like a huge weight was lifted! They also kept me informed on a regular basis throughout the process. (Unlike some legal firms that can make people feel like a "number" and drag things out for years.) I don’t even know where to start. My case was a roller coaster lol… I would choose the Carlson Law Firm any day for any future needs. My lawyer, Roberto was amazing. He was straight forward and went above and beyond for me. This guy literally went to war for me. Also, Amanda. She is the most amazing person I’ve ever met! Always followed up when she said she would, very thoughtful and always willing to help. She was super sweet and informative. I will be referring friends and family to this firm. I have never had to retain an attorney, but after being attacked by a stray dog it was necessary, I’m beyond blessed that Roberto Flores was my attorney and his paralegal Nicole Daniels was always there for me.
