Don’t go to this nail salon! I caught a nail fungus here and my sister in n law and now my mother ! I don’t know why no one else has reported this!

First of all during my visit, she was grinding on me so hard I was bleeding and literally hurting in my chair. The next day I wake up to and in the night with pain in my nail. Now my it’s 3. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15. This has never happened. It hurts so bad that it’s waking me up in my sleep..

Rude, impatient, my cousin, and I got a pedicure and a full set and we got designs. Well all she had left was to make two hearts on my cousins nails and she turned around and said finally. Tell me how our feet were $30 plus the eight dollar wax is $38. They charge us 52 and $53 for out feet. sorry never again.

Yall r the best nail salon I've ever been to I will recommend yall to a lot of people because yall r amazing at what yall do I don't think I'll ever choose to go to another salon I'll always choose to come to yall I rate yalls salon more then a 5 star

I am handicapped we called ahead to make sure they were wheelchair accessible and they confirmed that they were once we arrived there was no wait they took me right away and once the nail technician saw the fact that my left hand was paralyzed she refused me service and then walked away I sat there for like 5 minutes before I realized they weren't going to do my manicure my caregiver got really upset so we left and then went back into the salon and voiced her opinion about how rude she thought they were and how badly I was treated I don't recommend this place they seem too busy for the amount of staff that work there I had my nails done had a very nice salon in hutto and she had absolutely no problems working with my paralyzed hand which was refreshing we called around various nail salons in Taylor but they had no openings we did reach out to One salon but she was booked up for the whole afternoon understandable as this was a Thursday afternoon she said that if she could work me and she would we later called her back and explain to her what had happened to us at this particular salon and she became angry she said well I make house calls! Wow that is Major amazing and very kind to offer to do this for me I've been handicapped for 2 years trying to recover from a massive stroke and this is the first time that I have been that I have been turned away because of my handicap

Very disappointed in the lack of consideration and effort the nail techs @ Taylor Nails & Tan had today. I took my client in for a manicure w/ French Tips no Gel. She is handicapped w/ left side paralysis and as soon as the techs saw her hand they immediately jumped to say they could not paint her nails on her paralyzed hand with regular polish & would have to use Gel polish. My client did not want that. I explained how she had it done over a month ago at another salon w/ no issues. They continued to be rude about it. I just felt horrible for my client for her to be told it couldn’t be done when she knows it can, for them to embarrass her like that was unprofessional & wrong on multiple levels. Very sad on your part Taylor Nails & Tan. Have some compassion & respect for the disabled.
