"Today I went to the store wearing a watch I purchased five years ago. I love the brand and simply wanted to have the strap lengthened. The staff member on duty didn't know how to do it, and their excuse was claiming that because I hadn't bought it at that specific Swarovski location, my watch wasn't authentic. I travel frequently and buy Swarovski products in many different countries, and this is the first time I've been treated so rudely. Sadly, I ended up fixing it myself by watching YouTube videos, which is unacceptable considering the jewelry isn't cheap. They definitely need to train their staff better."
I had a very uncomfortable experience at the Swarovski store. After already making a purchase, we were still browsing a few more items while waiting for my husband to bring the car because it was raining outside. During that time, one of the sales associates approached us and questioned us about a bracelet that she claimed was missing, asking if we had tried it. The problem is that we never tried the bracelet she was referring to, and I’m not even sure which bracelet she meant because the item she mentioned was not even present there at that time. The way the question was asked made it feel like we were being suspected or blamed without any evidence. To clarify the situation, I even suggested that they could check the store cameras if there was any concern. Instead of resolving it calmly, the associate told me not to get hostile, even though I was simply asking them to verify through the cameras. When I asked for her name, she refused to share it, which was very unprofessional. The only staff member whose name we were able to identify was Aishwarya, who was present during the interaction along with the other associate. Being questioned about a missing item after already making a purchase, and being treated with suspicion without any proof, made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Customers should feel respected and welcomed in a store, not put in a position where they feel blamed for something without evidence. I hope the store management looks into this incident and ensures that staff are trained to handle situations like this with professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers.

I came in with an issue regarding one of my expensive Swarovski pieces, and they didn't just help me twice —they completely exceeded my expectations! Their kindness and charisma were such a breath of fresh air; it’s so rare to find that level of genuine care these days. I’ve visited multiple times, and Sapphire makes you feel like a princess 👸🏻 shopping because she genuinely gets so excited with the pieces you buy. She literally shops with you. She is wonderful! The team’s product knowledge and suggestions are so impressive that I felt like a kid in a candy store—I couldn’t help but leave with 4 other pieces! If you want a sparkling experience in a clean, delightful environment, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Nia, who was the store manager was EXTREMELY rude! I’m not sure if she was on her periods or she didn’t had dinner but she made me super uncomfortable to buy anything! I’ve always been to this store to buy any jewelry but I hated this experience!
Went in on Saturday with my son looking for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Saira was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help us make the perfect decision on a gift. I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning for future gifts.
i purchased a tennis bracelet from a different location but came to this location to send my bracelet off for a repair and 2 months later i found out that my bracelet was lost and that the employee had all of my contact information incorrect so there was no communication, when i got ahold of this store they told me my bracelet couldn’t be fixed after 4 months of no contact from anyone. they’re now sending me back my bracelet and told me i had to wait another 4 months to get it back. i spent way too much money on this bracelet for this inconvenience. i should have been informed but they failed to give me any information on anything. it’s been a while since i posted this review, the Swarovski employee stole my tennis bracelet that i brought in for a repair. i will be involving the law to get this issue resolved. NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!
