This salon Is absolutely amazing not only are all the staff very nice creative and respectful. The atmosphere and Feng shui of the place is just great. Pricing is extremely fair. Lena is my girl and she’s amazing. She outdo herself every time with my nails. And I’m always with a design
I had a very uncomfortable experience here. From the moment I walked in, the overall vibe felt tense and unwelcoming… lots of glaring and an atmosphere that made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. The technician who initially did my nails was rude, and despite paying for gel nails, I did not receive what I paid for. My nails began lifting and coming off in less than 10 hours, one even came off while I was asleep. When I brought this up, I was told it must be because I was “picking at them,” which was absolutely not true. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. Later, a male technician redid my nails and did a good job, but by that point it was clear the staff was annoyed with me for simply expecting the service I paid for. No customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work, and unfortunately this place failed in both areas for me. Save your money. There are many better nail salons in Georgetown that treat their customers with respect.
Nail retention is good, however I paid 68$ for a full set (not bad for shorties) but the fill itself started at 50$. Which is insane to me… at that point might as well get a new set! Not very friendly or personable people either. The environment was stiff. With so many competitors in the area I personally would not settle for this place. Would be willing to pay for a better, friendlier environment.
10/18/25 Just wanted to jump back on here and say I am still going to Spa Pro Nails with Andy after all this time! I have been so impressed with all the designs he has done on my nails but this one is adorable for the fall! If you need a nail tech please go visit Andy at Spa Pro Nails!! You won’t regret it! I was about to give up on getting my nails done until I found Spa Pro Nails and Andy through a friend! Andy does such great work and my nails last a long time. I like that I am able to show him an idea and he does it. My latest set is so cute! I am glad I was told about Spa Pro Nails and about Andy!
I got my nails done here for the first time, and they did an EXCELLENT job. But i gave them a 3 star review because the customer service was terrible. One of the nial techs was very nice to me, but extremely rude to another customer. The customer was being so polite but the nail tech was rude to her for no reason. I felt unwelcome the entire time. Very good nails, but horrible service. I hope that the next time i return, their customer service has improved

Went in as a walk in and got a spot right away. Staff members were friendly and accommodating because I had my two children with me. The nails are AMAZING!! Smooth and the attention to detail is impressive. This will be my go to place from now on!
I've been getting a pedicure at Spa Pro Nails in Georgetown for many years and the last five years or so under the current owner manager has been and continues to be the best here and I think the best in Georgetown! Anna is exceptional. The recent complete renovation to upgrade the furnishings, equipment, and decor is really nice and the quality and design is appropriate to enable the best service and quality treatments The owner is always out front and available to ensure things flow smoothly. She appears to be super detail-oriented on nail services, cleanliness, and the customer's experience and is always very engaged in a friendly inviting manner that creates the best vibe and experience for customers. I know doing a pedicure on a man that wears construction boots daily is not the most appealing task, but Anna works wonders on my damaged great toes and really has improved the overall health and appearance of my feet with regular visits every few weeks. The owner manager obviously demands a high level of excellence from her team but obviously they like it and do well because the customers like to be taken care of by a professional talented staff in a place that's busy but never hurried. Always a great experience and at very reasonable prices for the superb quality provided.

Finally found a place in Georgetown that does designs AND good quality nails! Andy did so well shaping and being creative. Who knew green nails with gold freckles could look so fancy? My nails look like jade gems with gold. I love it!!
