The service here was fantastic. Trevor went above and beyond. Really took the time to answer my questions and provided honest information and opinions. Volunteered to help me search through the inventory to make sure I had the best possible options. Store was super clean, well laid out and stocked with varied product options. Cant go wrong here. Great bags for a great price. Will come here again.
Samsonite replaced my old suitcase under warranty. Which I appreciated but they send me a color that I did not care for, not gray like the original. The gentleman I dealt with when I brought the old suitcase in for repair and that was there yesterday was extremely helpful. He accepted their letter of credit and allowed me to get the upgraded version. Will be back for any travel/luggage needs for sure!

I’m very P- off right now but I’d love to explain why and I just hope management can read this and make an adjustment for whomever for the future. Today is December 18th 7:23 pm, My wife and I drove 40 minutes (not your fault) with an hour and a half left before close just to get to the shop that has a 30 minute sign waiting, we’re very understanding that everyone needs a break. So we waited a full 30 minutes, only to see the employee working put on a 15 minute extra wait sign. Meaning we’d only have 30 left before close We ended up leaving because it was ridiculous he looked at all of us put the sign and left. We left with the thought we don’t even want to give business.
