We live nearby and often order from them. Everything is top notch, I can't say a single bad thing about the food, it's just great. These folks know their art, they deserve respect. I wish their seating wasn't so punishing, those hard benches make me not want to dine in as I have a bad back. Some cushioning would make the place a lot more enjoyable.
Best fried shrimp I have ever had! And I eat fried shrimp everywhere I can find it. And the banana pudding is to die for! The only thing to make this a better experience would be a cushion on the booth seats. They are pretty hard.

Not a local? Don't waste your time. 35 minutes to get 2 bowls of soup, 2 sandwiches and a chicken plate. Served one at a time, ocer 10 minutes. Waitress served and cashed out 2 tables that came in after us - they were her friends. The food is not worth that rudeness. My previous postfrom several months ago: Confirmed that I need to eat elsewhere. Restaurant held about 10 customers. 8 meals were served to customers who arrived after I did (all seemed to be friends of the waitress). Waitress assured me that they get many many phone orders, causing the delay for us (10 minutes for beverages & 40 minutes for food at 1:30pm). The acoustic ceiling is sagging and dirty. Looks like a roof leak happened and has not been repaired. I ordered the Cubano sandwich and received lunch meat, cheese and pickles on a narrow flat roll, sort of warmed. Third time is the charm - there's better places to eat.
What wonderful little gem. Food and service is great. You can feel the love and care Alesha, Chad, and their team put into their little Cafe. We were joyriding through the hill country and stumbled across Sailer's. We will definitely be making this a destination stop on our trips through the hill country.
I had never been to Florence until today. My son had a basketball game there so we decided to get something for lunch at Sailer’s. It exceeded our expectations. My son(10 yrs old) said “ you better give them 5 stars. He watches way too much kitchen nightmares. It was all delicious but the Mac n cheese balls were my favorite.
Just had the catfish platter. The best catfish I have had in ages. It was plenty. Have enough for lunch tomorrow.
