I contacted Roof Masters by filling out their website form and received a response the same day. Paul came out to my property the next morning at 8:00 and thoroughly inspected my roof. He let me know that hail had recently hit it and pointed out a few other issues, providing photos along the way. He explained in detail exactly what was going on with my roof and was very knowledgeable about hail-damaged roofs and the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. Knowing that there was hail damage, Paul didn’t try to push me into filing a claim. Instead, he helped me weigh all my options so I could make the best decision. He even joined a three-way call with my insurance agent to make sure all the right questions were asked and addressed. In the end, I decided not to file a claim and instead move forward with repairs and a tune-up. I’ll definitely be calling Paul again when it’s time to replace my roof.
