I contacted Roof Masters by filling out their website form and received a response the same day. Paul came out to my property the next morning at 8:00 and thoroughly inspected my roof. He let me know that hail had recently hit it and pointed out a few other issues, providing photos along the way. He explained in detail exactly what was going on with my roof and was very knowledgeable about hail-damaged roofs and the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. Knowing that there was hail damage, Paul didn’t try to push me into filing a claim. Instead, he helped me weigh all my options so I could make the best decision. He even joined a three-way call with my insurance agent to make sure all the right questions were asked and addressed. In the end, I decided not to file a claim and instead move forward with repairs and a tune-up. I’ll definitely be calling Paul again when it’s time to replace my roof.

Great company to work with! Paul called within 2 hours of me submitting a request on the website and was out the same day to inspect the roof and give a quote for repairs. His pricing was beyond reasonable and work was done the very next day. He gave me an honest opinion of the quality of my roof and did not try to up sale us and just took care of the repairs that were needed. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends. In 5 years when we do need a new roof I know who I am going to call!!

My latest experience with Paul at Roofmasters was just as excellent as my last roof with him many years ago. There is something so reassuring about a company owner doing what is right for the customer at every turn instead of "selling" to a customer. If there was one thing in particular I would want to call out as a sign of excellence when I call on vendors, it is a very quick response, and Paul contacted me immediately and even came out the same day to inspect my roof that needed replacing. He took note of every concern I had, and included it in the estimate. I especially appreciated the fact that his team could replace and paint wood trim everywhere there was damage, meaning I didn't need to find another contractor. He had suggestions and options that he offered with zero pressure. With his years in the business (that I can attest to), he has taken steps to stay up to date with material changes and improvements in roofing skills. He even offered to look at competing bids to see what they might be missing or out of the pricing norm. I didn't take him up on this offer because I was too impressed with Paul's quick response, dedication to getting my estimate over to me right away, pricing value, and then installed my roof almost immediately. His superb communication at every step is unbeatable.

I needed a straightforward roof inspection and tune-up done. I started the search for a roofing contractor and was immediately overwhelmed by the number of roofing companies out there. Mind you many of these companies are relatively new. And not only were they overpriced, but it felt like their primary intent was to push their tiered monthly membership plans. Meeting Paul from Roof Masters was like a breath of fresh air. I initially contacted them based on the fact that Paul has been in the roofing business for 35 years. But I also came to appreciate his quick response, no-nonsense approach, no upselling and very reasonable rates. For any future roofing needs, I will contact Roof Masters first without question.

We used Roof Masters on two properties of ours and working with Paul was a truly enjoyable experience, and I never thought I'd be saying that about a roofer. We've had some pretty sub par experiences in the past with other companies, but Paul truly shoots you straight and doesn't try to swindle you. Don't fall for the other guys who will "match your insurance quote and upgrade your shingles for free!" because they all do that, Roof Masters is just usually more competitive and that will save you money. Just give them a call and don't even look elsewhere...you won't regret it.

Paul did an excellent and thorough job. He walked me through the details of what could be happening with the several issues we were having with our roof. He identified numerous other issues and provided guidance for addressing them. His quote was competitive with others, and the project was finished quickly. In addition, his certifications and technical expertise were highly appreciated and he was very friendly. I will certainly be contacting him again for future projects.
