From the very first contact, this company impressed us. Communication leading up to the appointment was prompt and professional —they made scheduling easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Kurt our roofing consultant was absolutely fantastic. He spent an hour and a half on the roof thoroughly inspecting the storm damage - no rushing, no cutting corners. He took detailed video of everything he found and walked us through it clearly, making sure we actually understood what we were looking at. That kind of transparency is rare and really appreciated. Kurt then went above and beyond by helping us file our insurance claim, which made a stressful process so much easier. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roofing inspection or storm damage assessment!

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this one is well deserved. I’ve owned my home for over 20 years, and I can confidently say this is the best roofing company I’ve ever worked with. Rhino Roofers truly stands out. Jupiter and Levi were the two reps I worked with, and they were absolutely top tier. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. No confusion, no pressure—just honest, straightforward communication. They really know their stuff, especially when it comes to metal roofing. What impressed me the most was how they made what seemed like a big, overwhelming project feel simple and manageable. A metal roof install can sound like a huge deal, but they broke it down step by step, handled all the details, and made the entire process feel easy. They stayed on top of everything—communication, scheduling, materials—and made sure I always knew what was going on. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way. They weren’t just trying to “sell” me—they were focused on making sure I got the best outcome for my home. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail is rare these days. The end result speaks for itself. The metal roof looks incredible, and I have full confidence in the quality of the work. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s reliable, knowledgeable, and actually makes the process stress-free, Rhino Roofers is the one. Jupiter and Levi set the bar extremely high.

We had Rhino Roofers come out to inspect our roof after a hail storm. We experienced great communication. Their representative was very kind, he answered all of our questions with knowledge and patience. Rhino Roofers always arrived right on time with all of our appointments which we really appreciated. I was surprised to learn of all the services that Rhino Roofers offer and we will continue to use Rhino Roofers for future work. I definitely recommend Rhino Roofers.

I wouldn’t recommend any one else besides Rhino Roofers. Not only did they offer me the best fit option for my current needs, but they also educated me on the value and importance of protecting such a large investment on my home, which Rhino Roofers has designed to last me a lifetime.
