Called Rhino to inspect my roof. They sent Jupiter out the same day. He was very friendly and showed us video and photos of the roof while talking us through various options. Will update again if services are used.

From the very first contact, this company impressed us. Communication leading up to the appointment was prompt and professional —they made scheduling easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Kurt our roofing consultant was absolutely fantastic. He spent an hour and a half on the roof thoroughly inspecting the storm damage - no rushing, no cutting corners. He took detailed video of everything he found and walked us through it clearly, making sure we actually understood what we were looking at. That kind of transparency is rare and really appreciated. Kurt then went above and beyond by helping us file our insurance claim, which made a stressful process so much easier. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roofing inspection or storm damage assessment!

We had Rhino Roofers come out to inspect our roof after a hail storm. We experienced great communication. Their representative was very kind, he answered all of our questions with knowledge and patience. Rhino Roofers always arrived right on time with all of our appointments which we really appreciated.
