Great boutique with fun, unique clothing and accessories! If you are a Consuela fan, then you need to check them out. Largest selection I have seen in the greater Austin area! Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Placed an order in store and was charged for it at that time. After a month and a half, I have not received the product or even a call with a status/update. Have reached out several times, I’m either told I will get a call back (which I don’t) or the phone is not answered. I called to get my money back and was told yet again that someone will “reach out”.

I placed an online order on Feb 5th for a birthday gift. It is 6 days later and they still have not shipped my order. I sent message requesting an expected ship date and got zero reply. It’s now obvious that I won’t receive the item in time to give as gift. I will not shop online from this store again. This is very poor customer service. Update 2/28/2022…. I finally received my order after filing for a refund through PayPal. Only after PayPal got involved did they actually ship my order. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if shopping online with this store. They would not contact or message me back until I filed for refund through PayPal. Poor customer service and lacks integrity!!! The item I ordered also not the greatest quality. I give the shirt I ordered 3 stars for quality.
