I have shopped online here for many years. I ordered an order over a hundred dollars. I received an email saying that my package was delivered by FedEx on 2/24/26. When I got home package was not there. Got busy with life remembered on Monday. I emailed the shop to let them know that I had not received the package . They replied that it was delivered on a porch. I told them we have a gated entrance and FedEx would have had to deliver at the gate so clearly got delivered to the wrong location. I told them that FedEx is notorious in my area for delivering to the wrong addresses. I checked with my country neighbors and everyone has said they have not seen the package. The shop told me to file a claim with Fedex. FedEx told me to contact the shipper. I sent the shop another email with screen shot of what FedEx said. Now I have been ghosted by the shop. I don’t understand why the shop cannot refund my money and file a claim with FedEx themselves. I will never shop here again. I also know a lot of people in the area that shop here and I will make sure they know how bad the customer service is.

Have reached out several times, I’m either told I will get a call back (which I don’t) or the phone is not answered. I called to get my money back and was told yet again that someone will “reach out”.

Great boutique with fun, unique clothing and accessories! If you are a Consuela fan, then you need to check them out. Largest selection I have seen in the greater Austin area! Staff was friendly and very helpful.
I placed an online order on Feb 5th for a birthday gift. It is 6 days later and they still have not shipped my order. I sent message requesting an expected ship date and got zero reply. It’s now obvious that I won’t receive the item in time to give as gift. I will not shop online from this store again. This is very poor customer service. Update 2/28/2022…. I finally received my order after filing for a refund through PayPal. Only after PayPal got involved did they actually ship my order. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if shopping online with this store. They would not contact or message me back until I filed for refund through PayPal. Poor customer service and lacks integrity!!! The item I ordered also not the greatest quality. I give the shirt I ordered 3 stars for quality.

I have gone and purchased over a hundred dollars each visit and made several visits! Recommended my boss and a ton of my friends! I work for two small businesses so I know the meaning of integrity and what it means! However, after spending $45 on a nice shirt and to have washed it once and come out unthreaded! Yes, I did not wear it immediately so there was a few days lapse. Wore it, washed, and is now trash! I reached out by phone, told to send in the information and I did. Reached out again I believe a week later and still nothing! By phone and email. Finally got an email and was told basically wasn’t within the 14 days, tough! This is not how you do business! There was NO OPTIONS and not even a I’m sorry, take $5 bucks off your next purchase! I’m completely disgusted! So consider this a warning! They over charge and your stuck if anything happens! They won’t get another dollar of my hardworking penny! I’ll go across the street Mezoozah! Thanks but no thanks! This stuff is cheaply made and not worth the money!
