I love coming to Restore! The management and front desk staff are excellent, and the environment is extremely relaxing. I particularly enjoy the medical services, and I love visiting with all of the nursing staff. Couldn't recommend Restore enough for a variety of health and fitness goals!!

WARNING: FALSIFIED MEDICAL RECORDS AND MANAGEMENT CHAOS. I visited the Restore Hyper Wellness Round Rock location on March 29, 2026, for a Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) session. Instead of adhering to basic medical safety protocols, the nursing staff completely failed to monitor the session and subsequently fabricated my medical records to cover their tracks. This is not just a customer service complaint—it is a documented fact. Restore’s own Corporate Counsel admitted in writing on April 8th that their staff "inputted data after the fact" because they failed to properly record it in real-time. Falsifying patient vitals and medical charts is a severe compliance violation. When you attempt to hold them accountable, you are met with absolute management chaos. The local franchise owners and the Austin corporate headquarters simply point fingers at each other, trying to hide behind a confusing web of LLCs (Austin Cryo Ventures vs. ACV Corporate PLLC). No one takes responsibility for patient safety. If you are receiving IV drips, cryotherapy, or using pressurized hyperbaric chambers here, you are trusting these people with your health. Do not trust a facility that fakes medical records to hide staff negligence. Formal complaints have already been escalated to the Texas Board of Nursing (TBON) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Proceed with extreme caution
