I like all the variety of machines they have and they have gone back to 24 hours.
Well-equiped gym. I've always been able to get a treadmill or elliptical. I did the black membership and enjoy the hydrobed after working out. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Facility is good but zero flexibility from the assistant manager. I cancelled my membership just 1 day after my billing date but they refused to waive or refund the extra month I paid for. Seems like a basic gesture of customer service, but they were adamant. They chose to keep 1 month dues but lost the lifetime value of a potential repeat customer who now won't come back. Bad business sense and bad experience.
Great variety and equipment, back up equipment for pf30 stations, hot water, stretch cage, total body enhancement and tanning rooms. The only down side of thar the hydro massage are the lines chair type instead of flat bed so getting to the front muscles like Abs/Pex/etc... is difficult.
Customer Service.. i went today, 03/14/26 at 6pm to get signed up for my membership. I signed up through my insurance which offers a program through the Active&Fit Network and lists this location as a partner. I was greeted by Michael and was immediately made to feel like I was inconveniencing him. When presented with the Active&Fit membership that INCLUDES instructions on how to activate it and even has a Help Section link for real time assistance, Michael refused to read it, acknowledge it, or attempt to figure it out. He tried to sell me a day pass instead. When I asked him if he could call someone that could help him he said there was no one to call. I then asked who he called in the instance of an emergency and he replied “we don’t have emergencies here”. When he saw my frustration building he asked what my problem was. I replied the level of customer service or the failure to provide any and he replied “I don’t know what to tell you I’ve only been here a month”. I’m going to attempt to go again tomorrow but he told me I would probably need to buy a day pass for that as well. Michael said if I want the General Manager I would have to come between 8-5 M-F, which is also when I work. I’m hopeful there will be more experienced staff present when I return but I am guessing I should manage my expectations.
Checked out the club and decided to join. Yah..
