I've been going to this salon, seeing the same nail tech, for a year. I love the store and Tiffany! She is an artist when it comes to nail designs. I get a new design 5-6 weeks with gel hybrid. I show Tiffany a pic of the nail design I want and she makes it happen - beautifully. I always get compliments on my nails. Love this salon and highly recommend it.

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for the past three years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went with my sister, and the quality of service has noticeably declined. My sister’s nails chipped the very next day. She went back to have them fixed, and they chipped again shortly after. I have never experienced chipping from any salon before, but this time my own nails also chipped after just one week. When I returned to the salon, the owner charged $5 per nail to fix them. While $5 may seem small, it is unacceptable considering I paid nearly $100 for the service. I am very dissatisfied with the poor quality, lack of accountability, and the way loyal customers are treated. This experience helped me understand why I now see far fewer people going there. Unfortunately, despite being a customer for three years, I will not be returning.
im really over this place being so inconsistent. i have grown out my natural nails and only do hybrid gel on top. i came in today for a fill with my nails at a medium/long length, i asked that they be shortened just a bit. the tech shorten them and showed me and i approved because they were exactly where i wanted them. by the time she started painting, my nails were EXTREMELY short!! she filed and filed and filed while "shaping" my nails, which are not the shaped i asked for. i like VERY square nails, and she gave me square with rounded edges. i am so disappointed. this place is so hit or miss. now my nails are extremely short after weeks of growing them to a spot i wanted. dont think i will be returning again.
Overpriced - don’t recommend and the service subpar. Won’t be back.
