Two stars because the treats are delicious, but it’s so inconvenient to go here. Their hours are super erratic not even open some days, very random. Half the times I go here they don’t have things ready so ordering a cup of corn will take like half an hour. They usually only have one person working and there is absolutely no sense of urgency so if there are a couple people ahead of you expect for it to take an eternity. It’s conveniently located near my house, but I’m gonna go a little further down the road for better service. Hope they figure it out. Edit: they figured it out! Delicious, and a nice place with friendly folks!

Went to another place for Mexican ice cream and was underwhelmed by the staff. Here they greeted and valued us walking through the doors. Great place!

This mom & pop shop is such a cozy and great palateria!! The owners are so sweet and welcoming and quite accommodating as well. My husband and I have came here a few times considering the fact that we live down the street and they’ve actually created a new ice cream/ raspado for us that isn’t on the menu, based on a previous treat we had before back in California. I highly recommend checking them out. (:

I really like La Selva they have traditional homemade ice cream and Mexican snacks I would recommend it to friends and family and the whole community.
