Paige’s is a cute bakery located in a convenient location in downtown Round Rock, just off the main road. It’s a super colorful, welcoming environment for all ages. They have LOTS of choices of cakes, baby cakes, cake pops, and cookies for walk in orders and beautiful full sized cakes on display with a huge variety of options for all celebrations. The staff was wonderful, attentive and very patient with our small kiddos. So happy to find this location and plan to come here for our next party. Wonderful experience.

Incredible experience ordering from Paige's for our custom Hobbit house smash cake for our baby's birthday. Communication was amazing while planning the cake, and the cake looked INCREDIBLE. Look at this masterpiece! Tasty, too! 1000 out of 10. Worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend for your baby's smash cake or any event you need a custom cake for!

We ordered a cake for my niece’s 18th birthday and were incredibly disappointed.
At pickup, we noticed a small crack, but the box was taped in a way that made it hard to fully see the cake. The employee brushed it off and said we could just smooth the icing. Once we got home, we realized the crack ran all the way through.
This was not minor damage. It took away from a very special moment.
When we contacted the bakery, they blamed temperature and took no real responsibility. My sister asked to speak with the owner and never received a call back.
There were multiple chances to handle this better, but we were left feeling dismissed. I would not trust them with an important occasion.
A bakery that lets a cake like this leave the store and then avoids accountability does not deserve your business.

We ordered custom cookies for an event based on seeing cookies from your bakery at another event that our friend’s business hosted. They were big, beautiful cookies. When my wife picked up our cookie order today she was given tiny cookies that are less than 2 inches in diameter that cost $2.36 each! We expected significantly larger cookies, especially for this price. When my wife addressed this with the clerk at the time of pick up, she was not provided any resolution. She was told that the cookies on the website are small and if we wanted bigger cookies we needed to email. Challenge is your website doesn’t state the size of the cookies. Greater challenge is had your staff member been proactive, this could’ve been fixed. Our event is tomorrow morning at 11 AM in Burnet, your team had plenty of time to fix this and your staff needs to be prepared to handle challenges of this nature. Now, we have tiny cookies that I’m embarrassed to even present at our event. We will not be doing business with your company in the future.
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Paige’s Bakehouse. We ordered a custom cake and provided a topper ahead of time, but when we arrived, the cake wasn’t ready and staff were still asking what to do with the topper.
The cake was handed to us already boxed and taped, and only then were we told it had a crack. We were reassured it was “filled” and due to weather, but also warned to be careful because it could get worse. Unfortunately, it did. Once home, the crack spread across the cake as it softened.
When I called, I was asked, “What do you expect?” and requested a call from the owner—no follow-up was ever received.
For the price, I expected a cake I could proudly present. Instead, we were trying to hide the damage. Very disappointing quality and customer service. Would not recommend.
Fantastic service. The treats were spectacular. The Paige's latte so very good (I love cinnamon). The hot chocolate was delicious. My boys said everything was better than 10/10, more like 20/10. I have to agree. Highly recommend. And the Swiss buttercream 🤌🤌🤌(I'm an icing snob and this was top notch icing.).

I ordered a Kpop Demon Hunters theme cake from the establishment for my daughters birthday. We agreed to the cake being purple/pink, have stats, and music notes. I also purchased cake toppers and additional decor to make the theme come to life. They ASSURED me their team has done many Kpop demon hunters cakes and it would be great.
The cake I received was SO disappointing and sloppy and not worth the $350 I paid. I did not say anything at pickup as I needed to check my records and digest a bit on what I got. It was white and pink cake. No stars. And a weird looking gold decor element that was not discussed or approved. There were also obvious messy parts. I am sure they will respond with their own variation of the story but don’t be fooled. The cake doesn’t even look like a Kpop demon hunters theme.
Don’t come here. There are better and more professional places you can go to.
