This location is always on top of things! Service is quick and always friendly. The most recent service provider that I worked with me today shared a cute story about her Pokémon nails and her children. Too cute! It’s nice to have this in the area.

This has always been my favorite place to buy cakes; the experience has consistently been excellent, but today was different. The staff is no longer the same. I placed my order for pickup an hour in advance, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready. I told them I would return to pick it up three hours later; however, when I came back, my order still wasn't ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes, and the presentation was terrible: the paper was poorly cut, and the ribbon was tied carelessly. I am truly very disappointed; next time, I will go to a different establishment.
Great service - walked in for my birthday Free cake and was given with no problem and staff was super friendly!
Ben at the Round Rock location was great, always love stopping in to pick up a mini bundt cake for my kids.
