My daughter went to get her nails done for prom. We waited well over an hour for a nail tech..Short, oval, french. nothing fancy. $95….Her nails started to chip less that 24 hours later. Chris, her nail tech was outrageously rude. Please avoid this place.
My nails look like a lumpy rushed mess. My technician had an attitude the entire time. Didn’t ask me what shape I wanted, just started filing. I could’ve done better with my eyes closed. Will not recommend this place.

Went in for a jelly pedicure on Wednesday, it’s now a week later and have a localized infection that hurts when I walk. Spent $70 on what was supposed to be a simple clean, trim and scrub that I now have to treat. Never coming back here again.
There are two ladies at the front desk, but they don’t greet you or smile. You don’t feel welcomed at all, especially since this is the entrance where you should feel good about yourself. And guess what? They charge an extra $5 for shaping your nails! It’s not about the $5, but it doesn’t make sense. They said it’s for shaping anything other than a square shape. My nails are already in an almond shape, so they didn’t need to be shaped at all. Still, it doesn’t make sense to charge extra for something that’s part of a manicure. It’s not a request for something extra!
Rachel went above and beyond to fix a chip in my nail, and actually redid the set just to ensure they were done well. She had great customer service and was really kind and personable. I highly recommend her — I did dip but she mentioned she does other services. I cannot express enough how great her customer service was. I will be requesting her again in the future and you should too!

$65 for this? $20 just to rub some chrome, literally rub chrome on my nails.
