Merritt Heritage senior village is a nice place to live in Georgetown area. Location is in the perfect spot. The area around is very clean.. I met few senior residents walking by and they all are very nice people. There is dog park behind the building which is great place for residents who have dog 🐕.
I'm only reviewing this because Google asked me if this place still existed. I happened to be in the area and so I drove through The village, which are actually just Apartments. And I confirm that this place does exist. From the outside of the apartments look nice and modern. Air is clean and seems to be plenty of parking. I see some of the residents have decorated their porch area. Overall from the outside it seems like a very nice place to live.
This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff that cares about the community and is attentive to everyone's needs. They have wonderful residents too!
I love it here. Moved here in March. The Activities Director is amazing. The people are nice. No one should be bored here. You can see the monthly calendar on line. When the time comes to downsize I highly recommend this place.
Management/maintenance toxic. They support cliques, aggressiveness, territorial behavior over kindness and caring. Lots of alcohol, gambling addictive behaviors. Do not live here.
