My whole family loves this place, and we’ve been coming here since 2019! Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and gets the job done even if the place is packed. My husband and I usually get pedicures. My daughters love getting their nails and lashes done!
A terrific pedicure paired with a manicure so chaotic I had to pull the emergency brake two minutes in. My hands were dipped into cold, soapy water—ice bath chic—and when I mentioned it, the tech just smiled at me. Not a “let me fix that” smile… more of a “good luck out there” smile. Within a minute, my hand was pulled out of the bowl and she launched straight into my cuticles with full enthusiasm. No gentle snips—just grab, tug, repeat. I commented again, and that same mysterious smile appeared, like we were sharing an inside joke I definitely wasn’t in on. When she moved to the next finger with the same aggression, I called it. Show over. I prefer my cuticles attached, thank you. What made it stranger was that no one seemed to notice or care. The salon carried on as if a manicure hadn’t just turned into a minor action scene. The pedicure, though? Lovely. Relaxing. Exactly what I hoped for. But between the cold soak, the cuticle rodeo, and the eerie silence from the staff, I won’t be returning. I gave it a shot—my hands just didn’t appreciate the adventure.
Went in for a pedicure only having an hour for it, the woman doing it took 25 minutes to file off the gel that was on my toes, spent maybe 10 minutes max massaging my legs and I ran out of time they couldn’t even paint my toes. There’s still some gel left on my toes and when I said I didn’t have time for new gel they gave me the nastiest look and instantly started talking to each other (I’m assuming talking crap). The worst customer service. And still had to pay $77! Never again.
I have been coming here for several years and it just keeps getting better and better!! Just got my manicure and pedicure despite going as they were closing Wendy took such good care of me!!
