Fast response and easy to work with.
After a decade-long legal battle that was emotionally exhausting and at times overwhelming, I can finally say that it has come to an end. We wouldn’t have gotten here without Justin. From the beginning, he stood beside us with consistency, integrity, and genuine care. This was not a simple case. It involved years of conflict and emotional strain. Justin advocated fiercely for us and remained patient when things felt impossible. Mr. Jackson had a tough mountain to climb after a biased and prejudicial judge from counties away decided to forego law and justice. However, Mr. Jackson lacked the competent knowledge protect Fathers Rights, preserve error of the ruling of the court for further appeal and SCOTX, and failed to hold opposing counsel to the Lawyers Creed and Ethics. After multiple reasons to file for sanctions against the judge and opposing counsel, Mr. Jackson cowardly stood by watched and listened to a judge violate the basic rights afforded to a Father awarded Joint Managing Conservator by the jury. Mr. Jackson later deflected from fully taking the time to assist in any further aid for appeal and kicked the can down the road. Mr. Jackson cam to a 5-day jury trial solo without legal assistance, and further without truly being prepared to argue a case of this magnitude. Mr. Jackson further represented me in a civil case involving "client records" from an LPC and completely failed to read and execute the proper remedies. Claiming "they got it wrong", but failing to site any caselaw, codes, or other legal arguments for a positive appealable action. As much as Mr. Jackson speaks about "Equal Rights and Fathers Rights", he continues to be ill-prepared to argue this in lower courts.
