First time going here, the barista, Hunter, made everything comfortable and fun. The drinks he made were exquisite and I would definitely go here just for the drinks!!

Best gym in Texas!
I recently attempted to work out at House of Gainz in Austin, Texas with my fully trained service dog, who has accompanied me in countless public settings over the past five years including many gyms. I am a 100% disabled military veteran and rely on my service dog daily to help mitigate symptoms from a traumatic brain injury. When I arrived, I was initially told by Liz, the manager, that dogs are not allowed. After I calmly explained that service dogs are legally permitted in public accommodations, another employee named Tanner came to the front desk. He told me that my dog was allowed to stay, but that I had to leave. I remained professional and asked for clarification, and he repeated with a condescending tone that my service dog could stay, but I could not. After leaving, I attempted to contact the owner and was informed that the business has decided to no longer allow service dogs because, in the past, someone brought in an untrained animal that later attacked another patron. Instead of addressing that specific situation, they chose to punish those of us who have done everything properly and rely on legitimately trained medical equipment. This approach is not only unfair; it disregards the protections given to people with disabilities who use service animals. As a veteran, it is especially disappointing to be turned away from a gym that openly uses the owner's veteran status in its marketing. I expected understanding and support for fellow veterans, not discrimination and exclusion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend House of Gainz to anyone who values lawful and respectful treatment of people with disabilities and their service animals. Complaints will be filed with us department of justice civil rights department, state human rights commission, and lidigation will also be pursued
Amanda was very helpful at the front. Would recommend this gym to anyone. I Would almost move here just for the gym! Friendly staff and have every machine you could think of. Solid 5 star
