I had a great experience with their service and the caretaker assigned. My child is usually very shy and slow to open up but got really comfortable with Ruquyya Fatima within minutes. She kept my child engaged for the entirety of the day. They played and read books and overall did so many activities. I’ll highly recommend both this company and Ruquyya .

I had a health emergency last week. Had to go to ER, and stay 2 nights. Our caregiver (for my wife) stepped up the plate immediately and stayed at our house for the entire 2-1/2 day period I was gone. No questions asked -- she dropped her personal schedule and took care of us. That is professionalism, loyalty, and many other fantastic qualities all rolled into one. Our home-health individual is a perfect match -- attentive, caring, and fits into the family. GREAT company too. We've now been with Homewatch CareGivers for over a year. The service is beyond wonderful. We have an excellent caregiver, the company is extremely cooperative and flexible in adjusting hours, and the billing is accurate and easy to follow. Sue is absolutely amazing at what she does. As a home care scheduler, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly for both families and caregivers. We had a perfectly wonderful New Year’s Day. My wife has dementia and I was surprised when she mentioned that her mother used to serve black-eyed peas and stewed tomatoes. Our caregiver found out what kind of meat and greens her mother used and what she served with the meal. Then she arranged for us to enjoy a hike at beautiful Lake Georgetown along with a picnic lunch!! I’m not POSITIVE the meal brought back memories of her mother’s cooking; but she ate three bowls of the black-eyed peas. I really appreciate the genuine concern and care extended by Home Watch
