Great organization and atmosphere for a shop! Employees are very friendly and make you Feel like a guest and not a customer! Tons of selections and the daiquiris are amazing!
Be cautious parking here. While I understand that the vehicles were parked in a restricted area, the signage was not immediately clear or obviously associated with the business name. It required a second look, which makes it easy for customers to make an honest mistake. What ultimately shaped my experience was how the situation was handled. When we arrived, the tow operator immediately addressed us in a hostile and dismissive tone, stating the $50 drop fee without any attempt at professionalism. We were willing to resolve the situation, but the interaction escalated due to the manner in which we were approached. I recognize that tensions can rise in situations like this. However, businesses are represented by the contractors they choose to work with. Professional conduct — especially in stressful moments — matters. Customer experience begins before you walk through the door. I hope management considers clearer signage and higher standards for how customers are treated.

Higher Grounds Truly does it like no other! Great quality and selection of vapes, amazing tasting daiquiris; complimented by a welcoming, well informed, high energy staff! Will be returning soon!

Man this store is to legit to quit. Definitely got the quality stuff for the right price. Grand opening coming soon but u can still go in and get what u need. Catch these specials while u can!! Met the owner and he just cool as ever. My spot for now on!!! Ask about his life story on the walls. 💯
The daiquiri's will sneak up on you and taste great. Place is very clean and has a nice vibe to it and great customer service.
